Come join us for a glass of wine at the Tasting Shed
Nestled in the striking Banhoek valley, the lovingly renovated, double-aspect space is draped with native fynbos plants from the farm nursery, and a stunning chandelier crafted from old vines. Relax on the terrace, which enjoys unrivalled panoramic views over the valley and Simonsberg.
On Fridays we are open late, so you can sip wine and watch as Simonsberg and the valley become veiled in pink light as the sun sets.
Bartinney Estate wine tasting: R125 per person, for three wines (cost waived with a wine purchase of R1500 or more).
Our Wine & Fynbos experience: R80 per person- an innovative tasting of the three estate wines, alongside native fynbos grown on the farm. The multi-sensory tasting changes your perceptions of the wines and highlights our ongoing commitment to conserving our unique Cape biodiversity. Alternatively, relax, take in the view and sip a glass or two of wine on the terrace. To accompany the wine we have a selection of locally sourced snacks, including cheese and charcuterie platters and delicious biltong.
