Nestled in the striking Banhoek valley, the lovingly renovated, double-aspect space is draped with native fynbos plants from the farm nursery, and a stunning chandelier crafted from old vines. Relax on the terrace, which enjoys unrivalled panoramic views over the valley and Simonsberg.

Bartinney Estate wine tasting: R125 per person

Our Wine & Fynbos experience: R130 per person- an innovative tasting of the three estate wines, alongside native fynbos grown on the farm. The multi-sensory tasting changes your perceptions of the wines and highlights our ongoing commitment to conserving our unique Cape biodiversity. Booking for this tasting experience is essential at tastingshed@bartinney.co.za.

Alternatively, relax, take in the view and sip a glass or two of wine on the terrace. To accompany the wine we have a selection of locally sourced snacks, including cheese and charcuterie platters and delicious biltong.
